The terms and conditions (Terms) form the basis of the Client Promotion offer, whereby eligible clients of Seven Star Brokers Limited (SSBL) will earn an Assured Gift subject to these terms.

If these offer terms are translated in to language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is inconsistency.

The promotion will start from 27th February 2012 till 30th June 2012. Lots traded in this period only will be calculated for the promotional offer.

This promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any times.

Participating in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms. SSBL reserves all rights to alter, amend or terminate this offer, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. Any further modification of the terms and conditions will be posted on the website and clients are requested to regularly visit the website and you accept any such modified terms.

The clients should have traded standard lots round Trade (i.e. buy & sell or sell & buy) as mention below within the promotional period.

For example, for total trade of 1000 lots he gets assured gift only, 1022 lots you gets $22 credit into his trading account along with the said gifts.

  Assured gifts are either transferable or redeemable for cash. All Guarantees / Warrantees of the above mentioned Gifts / awards, products & services are left to the Service Provider / Vendor or the Manufacturers. SSBL does not undertake any responsibility nor undertakes any liability on the functionality or service fulfillment for any of the above mentioned Gifts / awards, products & services.

  Actual Model, Color, Accessories and features of all gifts shall be selected by SSBL in its sole discretion. Gifts pictured are for illustrative purpose only. Actual Gifts may vary from the gifts pictured in Point of sales materials, print advertising, website, promotional materials or any other materials.

  All stated values of the gifts are approximate / average retail values. The Value of the mentioned gifts may vary from time to time. SSBL disclaims all responsibility on the prize values and the variation in the value of the gifts.

  SSBL reserves the right to substitute the gifts with similar or comparable value due to unavailability or difficulty with delivering / purchasing the listed / displayed gifts in the Point of sales materials, print advertising, website, promotional materials or any other materials.

  The make and model of the “Assured Gift" would be as per the management's discretion. The performance of the product is not guaranteed by SSBL and any claims and communications in this regards will not be entertained.

In order to qualify and receive the Promotional Gift you must: (a) adhere to and not be in breach of these Promotional Terms; (b) have opened up a live Account either Standard or Premier Account via link provided on the website www.sevenstarcyprus.com; (c) have had your application to open an account approved by the compliance officer(d) have deposited 500$ into either Standard or Premier Account; and (e) have to make trades as per the above table through your Standard or Premier Account. (Each a “Qualifying Client”)

In the event that you are in breach of these Promotional Terms or any other terms & condition and/or are not a Qualifying Client and/or we are unable to determine whether or not you signed up for a Standard or Premier account through SSBL at then no Promotional Gift will be awarded.

Eligible person is required to provide sufficient evidence such as Passport + 1 additional Valid Id with Photo. All details in the supporting document should and must match the information provided when the transaction was performed. Gifts have to be claimed / redeemed only by the person itself not a third party.

Subject to all terms and conditions, the eligible clients will earn a “Assured Gift". Upon completion of the offer period, the earned “Assured Gift” will be shipped to the eligible client through courier. Delivery of Promotional Gifts is only subjected to the cost within UAE. If at all it has to be delivered to any other place than UAE then the other charges such as courier, government taxes, insurance etc. related to promotional gifts have to be bear by client itself.

Eligible person for this assured gift will be notified individually by SSBL using the contact details provided by the Customer at the time of performing the transaction either by Calling or SMS or E-mail. Customer Can Check the Gift announcement date, Last date to Claim the gifts, Gifts in SSBL website www.sevenstarcyprus.com Display and Notification will be provided from next day of Gift Announcement Date till the Last Claim Date.

We aim to ensure that the Promotional Gift is sent out to you between 15 To 30 day working days of us confirming you are entitled to the Promotional Gift.

Any dispute or situation not covered by these offer terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all parties.
